Harley began dancing at a young age on the Northern Beaches before transitioning to train full time at the Conlan College of Classical Ballet at age 13. During her time there, she completed all major RAD examinations with high distinctions, won 1st place in the Advanced Foundation and Advanced 1 levels of the RAD Isobel Anderson Awards as well as the audience choice award, for 2 consecutive years.

In 2011, Harley won a full scholarship through the AICD to attend the Houston Ballet Ben Stevenson Academy summer intensive program. Upon completing, she received a full scholarship to train in the year round program of the upper school. At the end of her first year, she joined the Houston Ballet II where she spent the next 2 years. She represented the Houston Ballet at the Assemblée Internationale in Toronto in 2013 and toured throughout the USA. Harley regularly performed with the main company with her highlights being Stanton Welch’s World Premiere of The Rite of Spring and George Balanchine’s Ballet Imperial.

Harley returned to Australia in 2014 to join the Queensland Ballet as a Young Artist and went on to dance as a seasonal artist. During her time there she toured to London with the company and was recognised as a “Dancer to Watch” in Dance Australia Magazine’s critique’s choice awards in 2017. She toured with the Australian Ballet Storytime production in 2016 before transitioning to more commercial genres of dance when she joined RWS Entertainment Group in New York City in 2017. She performed for Holland America Line from 2017-2019 as a dancer and aerialist, travelling throughout Europe, Canada, USA and the Caribbean.

Harley aims to teach children the importance of encouraging one another, self motivation and positive self talk through dance.
She is currently studying to become a naturopath and aims to have a career in the health and environmental field.
